Horror: Opening Sequence Analysis
AS Students as part of your Production coursework you need to produce a written analysis of two horror opening sequences. Analyse these films in terms of: the conventions of opening titles, the conventions of horror genre present in the opening, the mise en scene, camera, sound and editing. Observe both DENOTATION and CONNOTATION and use media terminology. 1500 words in total please.
